Online Pan Card — regarding correction in pan card

Actually I made payment of Rs. 500/- for making name correction in pan card and I received order I'd but after sending required documents through courier I didn't get any response. And I came to know that only 110 will be charged in nsdl website. So, I have been cheated by them. Please find attached screen shots for order I'd and address details to which I have send courier. Please look into the issue and try to resolve so that any one will not get into trap.
