Online Sarees — I received a third class saree instead of a saree which I ordered

We ordered a saree which costs 900rs saree and enquired the seller that is it the same one which u will deliver or any fraud items will be sent? He said it's genuine but when My neighbor collected the saree and opened it the next minute and realized that it wasn't what we ordered and it is of cheap one not even worth of 100rs, we wanted to return the product immediately but the delivery boy didn't respond took money and went away without explaining anything by saying that it is not of our concern and now the seller is not responding how do I get money back.. please help me in this regard.. thanks in advance
