I have purchased two handbags from WS retail on flipkart.com
I received the shipment and found that one of the bags has brown stains on it. also the bag in the picture I selected was different red and i received a different red.
I requested the return of the bag as per there 30 day return policy. I got my money back in the wallet.
I purchased a different bag as I had to gift it to mom before she leave to her home.
Now the bag price was high and I was suggested to use the wallet amount and pay the rest by another means.
I paid using my debit card. Now my order is stuck in payment not received state.
I call the customer service to sort it out, they have different stories and finally they hung up on me which is very humiliating. I just followed the instructions on the site for a gift for my mom and flipkart Gave me a nightmare in return. I have gone through lot of tension during this and emotional stress loss of time.they don't value peoples time which is why due to lack of it people do online shopping.
