[Resolved] Itasveer — Order Not Received

I have order online from the website www.itasveer.com my Order No.[protected] from CCAvenue on 21st dec 2012. yet i have not received my order . I am not able to get the customer support contact no from this website. and also people from CC avenues are not helping to track my order. I have a confirmation mail from CC avenues and Itasveer both.

Itasveer — online order not delivered

i placed a order 117195-R93003 on iTasveer on Feb 15, 2013 4:24:35 PM but it is not placed till now. so please solve my problem and tell me when will i got my product either please try to arrange my money.
