[Resolved]  Shopping Outlet — the item i got by online was dead .

I had order a bluetooth stereo a2dp headset. Bluedio av890 on 26 september, i received my item on 7th of october after an e-mail of not received of item, after receiving as i saw the item was dead it is not working not charging at all it was in unsealed condition, i paid 635 rs by state bank of india net banking for it but the bill came of rs.576. The reference id :msbi[protected]igm3767984. As i was trying to contact the customer care num all the time it is busy not responding.
