I placed the order on the website and my cc was charged.

After my order was not delivered, i tried reaching the given customer care number (+91 [protected]) but it was switched off. I left a couple of messages on the website chat option and an email this morning india time which were not reverted.

After trying several times, i received a call from the representative amit, who mentioned that the order was not delivered because the delivery boy could not reach the number that was given to them.
Please note that my number was not given by the india team to canada team to co ordinate, if the company was unable to do so because of the working hours.

After not receiving any update from the company : i had shared the customer care number with the client who was already furious because of the failed delivery was annoyed by the reason amit mentioned ("the order was not delivered because the receiver's number was not reachable.") whereas the receiver never received any calls, sender was not called either. (This reason has been used multiple times by this company as i checked www.consumercomplaints.in).

Amit mentions of a credit note being issued which is applicable in india only, but unfortunately this is of no use to me or my client. I will need full refund at the earliest.

There is no update from the company after sending them these complaints.
