Onlinerti — I had filed a rti through them and first appeal later on, but amount taken and work not done completely

Sir/madam,

I had filed a rti through them and later on filed a first appeal through them. They charged me rs 499 but work is incomplete. The first appeal is ready on 17th may but till date it is not delivered to the mentioned department.

It is open fraud of rs 499. I am calling the rti.com company several times but noone picked my calls.

Kindly take necessary steps please.
