I got the product instyler which I purchased from www.onlinestation.in on 6/3/2017 by registered post.
I paid an amount of Rs.1899/-(including tax & shipping charge) for the product as cash on delivery.
I was really disappointed by the product.
I got an old used instyler which is not even powering on. There are even scratches on the product and full of dust.
I tried to contact in the number given in the website ([protected]) but it is unreachable.
I got a call from [protected] to conform the online purchase. When I tried in that number, the call is diverted and it says call cannot be connected.
The mail ids given in the website are also fake.

Above mail id is only valid.
But there is no response for mails.
I applied for return option provided in the website. Still there is no reply from them.
I am totally fed up for my loss of money and time.
I need my cash back including the additional charges.
It is confusing that they have included the tax amount but I didnt get any bill from them.This is my consumer right to get the right product and a valid bill.
