OnlineStation.in — Poor quality intex air sofa cum bed and products missing

I've Purchased Intex Air Sofa cum Bed on Cash on Delivery and the product was defective and the full package is not delivered. When I sent email to the email address shown in their website is bouncing Their phone number is non functional and gets recorded message that due to congestion call in the network unable to connect. Their invoice gives free replacement or refund and 2 year warranty, but unable to reach them for getting replacement.
