I received a call, from onpoint services [protected], [protected] located at khirdi road, aurangabad maharashtra, pin code 431005. Asked me to make an agreement . 150 pages, 15 days, qc report with 90% accuracy. If any of these failed. I had to pay 9800. i am complete task but company person told me your are fail qc report u are paying 9800rs charges. I call them again after garnering information about these type of fraud companies and said them, i quit the job, do whatever you want to do. And then next day i received a call of an advocate [protected], saying that you have to appear in court
than mr. Dipak patil call coming and his spoke me you paid 9800rs amount next 45 min other wise you i am taking legal action so i will paid 9800rs, than again call coming from verification deptadvocate and his told me i[censored] 11 month job contract canclension so u need to be pay 25000RS then your agreement should be canceled and i am give NOC, again he demanded me you another 10000 rs paid so i will give noc tha n i am denly .
i receive call from multiple no-[protected], [protected]
totally i paid till time 9800rs rs but his another amount demand .

Advocate said me if you another amount not paid then you coming Delhi court and take NOC after paid amount

so please support me . how should i do

Hello Ma'am,

First of all relax. This is a fraud. They can't do anything and please never pay any kind of money to them. They will just give you threat calls. Everything is fake from agreement to advocate's call. Just fight back on the call only.

Mujhe bhi aaj ek call aaya or main income tax office jaa raja hu or court jaa raha hu kisi ke pass on pont ke agiant jo bhi detail hai wo mujhe bhjeo agar nhi hai to call kro or mango unse ki mujhe compnay ka certificate dijiye or company ka pan number or company ke owner ka pan card dijiye or company saari detail mang ke mujhe aap sab mail kre please aap main income tax me work karta hu main deta hu unko legal noticce sab log mango ye chiz
