Sir I bought LG 1.5 ton 4star Window AC (PW-Q18WUXA) from ossotradingindustries.com on 06/04/2022 and i made payment through PayU Money to merchant of 29500 whose transaction ID is 58308187 but on 11/04/2022 they cancelled my order and order id was 1012 now that ossotradingindustries.com website has been taken down from internet and its unavailable now thus i m unable to contact them and still waiting for refund and i have done FIR for this fraud incident
there costumer care no. are [protected] and [protected] which are unreachable
so I request you to kindly refund my 29500 rs thanks
i m uploading all the documents and email screen shorts to support my arguments
