Dear Sir,
I am owner of a Maruti Swift VXI car, purchased during 2010 and it got affected in the recent flood in Chennai Tamilnadu.
I have ordered a spare part 36780-72K80 (Body Control Module) in one of your authorized spare parts dealer M/S. Oppilippa Automobiles in GST Road, Tambaram, Chennai, TAMILNADY on 02-Jan-2016 with an advance amount Rs.2000/- . That time they have promised me that it will be delivered within maximum of Four Weeks’ time.
But today is Mar 2nd and two months completed and also no proper response from this shop for any of my status enquiry. Now I have completely lost my interest with Maruti.
My life is not going to end with the present car; definitely I will be purchasing new one in during this year and also by brothers & Sister are analyzing and going to book new car during this month.
If I am not going to receive the spare parts which I have ordered within this week, I will drop any idea to purchase Maruti car in my life time and also I will share this worst experience to all of my bothers, sister, relatives, friends and colleagues and will strongly recommend NOT to go for Maruti.
