The product delivered was a defective one. We received the product on 27/07/2020 in the evening. I wrote it on their app saying the issues I had with the product and there was no reply. On calling them they agreed with product being defective and agreed to replace the product or would provide the refund within a week or so. But on contacting them for the same they kept dragging the issue asking for time we will check n come back to u and stuffs, we kept contacting them, they kept dragging it and assured the refund. Now they stopped answering our calls n we haven't received the refund neither the product is replaced.
