I purchased a power bank and blue tooth wireless headphones from this company which gave me 1 year warranty for any kind of services if product is faulty.

Within 2 months my power bank stopped working and is not charging, i have been chasing service center from last 3 months and called their service center number hundreds of time to check about service center in hyderabad. All they do is give me distributors numbers and address and they are denying any kind of repairs or services.

I am now tired and exhausted calling them and it is clear cheating indian consumers by giving warranty for products but no service center help provided.
