Have taken a membership in 2015. Initially there was some support and contact. Over the last few months there is absolutely no response. And never received any benefit out of money paid for membership. Phones are not working and no one is available at the address. Please help... It is sad that no one can help us about this. Cheaters, frauds orange holidays is fake, they collected 20k. And shifted office, phones not working

I have taken membership in 2014 paying RS:15000 through card and never received any support till date. I would expect a callback and tell me about the services offered and avoid any complaint thereafter. I have to call the customer care no. several times and had no response. This is quite frustrating.
