I took a membership in Orange Holidays in 2013 by paying Rs.15000/- Till now I have not used any holidays. Last year I tried to book holidays in Madumalai but could not as they gave some vague replies. Now when I tried to book holidays on[protected], their web site did not open.It showed the message domain expired. The next day I contacted them over phone and gave them my requisition for booking in Kodaikanal on 10th & 11th November. They said I will get email confirmation within 4 hrs but even after aweek I have not received any mail.When I contacted them over phone again on 15th Oct. they said they will confirm the booking.Now they are not even answering the phone which I tried for than 10 times today i.e 18-11-16. Their web site is also not opening today.It is clear that this is a fraud company and has duped many people like me.This issue has to be discussed in some public forum or Social Networking site so that the guilty should be punished and the members get back their hard earned money. If required I am prepared to file a police complaint.
