Orange Retail Finance India Limited (orfil) — two wheeler loan

I got one vehicle with every month due @ orange retail finance India private limited, every month due properly going within the month, final due last month oct-2018 settled last month, now they called me and told your outstanding amount is 11 thousand plus please pay and get your NOC on your branch office at vellore, how the customer can pay 11 thousand plus rupees, there is no intimation from that ORFIL side during the payment time if you doesnt pay on before 5th of every month you got penalised finally you need to settle with huge amount as interest, penalties, delayed payment charge and so on... its a gifted vehicle they(my mother in law side) are daily labours, they got lot of burden to settled the due payment itself, now how it is possible to pay the penalty charges of rupees 11 thousand plus. my documents are submitted on ORFIL for their all needs also my mobile is registered with that documents, ORFIL side called me so many times only for delayed payments they never told anything or intimated a single word you got penalised if you pay after the due date 5th of every month, they shuts everything during the due period now they says you got an outstanding amount of rupees 11 thousand plus, how innocents like me to pay that amount and get the NOC from ORFIL,

My mistake is not only me maximum peoples never knows what is on the application, maximum people did the same mistake without reading the applications they signed everywhere, from company side they never informed or intimated to his customer during the collection period after that they shown their original face to his customer.

now i got message daily from ORFIL your loan is matured, charges are still due in this loan kindly pay the outstanding charges, once you paid your outstanding charges, your NOC will be issued, during the due period why they does nnot intimated or send a single message to his customers, why they intimated their customer outstanding along with payment due every month.

i am willing to handover my vehicle to ORFL instead of to settle the outstanding amount, if they are ready to settle my due amount. that vehicle's current scenerio is working in good condition and passing only 21000kms only over two years.
