I harsh dhawan with my family consisting of my two child (Age 7years and 3 years), my wife, my father and mother in law (More than 60 years of age) booked the above mentioned hotel. We are from ludhiana and my father and mother in law are from bhopal, madhya pardesh. We have planned our holidays from 1st of june to 8 th of june and coming to your hotel relax lodge from kathmandu. We reached your hotel at night at around 7 pm on 3rd of june 2019. But at hotel relax lodge manager is wearing red colour oyo t-shirt and saying we are not accepting any booking from oyo and we have not confirmed any booking in the name of harsh dhawan vide booking id qemj6307 for you in our hotel. Hotel manager asked be to get intouch with oyo manger and take me in to conversation from 7:00 pm to 10 pm we called oyo customer care several time but no response was received from your side and after wards hotel manager closed the doors of hotel and behave of hotel manager was harassing and we remained on road for arround 3 hours with my two kids and my father and mother in law.

Sir during that 3 hours we all are mentally harassed by you and from 27th of april to 3rd of june no communication in this regards was received from your side that you booking has been cancelled/not accepted by hotel. However a message was received on whatapp that you can pay balance amount vide the link provided for easy stay.
