Order Id - Od[protected] — failure for product procurement and information

Firstly the launch of the product-flipkart announced that launch of hisense airconditioner will be on 1st june 2020 at 12pm.. After waiting the entire day the launch was delayed with no information to anyone. Customer care clowns had no information or clue about the same. After chasing for 2 days finally another caption came for launch on 5th june 12pm... Again tried to make a purchase but was not available in stock for any pincode in india... Reported to the call centre again no assurance and advise for the glitch that no one will be able to purchase the product as stock is not available for any pincode of india as i tried for bangalore, mumbai pune gurgoan and delhi. Later in the afternoon finally i was successful in buying the product on flipkart and it was just the beginning of my misery. It showed that delivery by 7th june and installation by 8th june.. My product status was not moving beyond order received so i called on 6thjune to check the status... As per callcentre the product will be delivered on time by 7thjune... I waited till 7th june evening however the status of the product was not moving. I again called the call center and was advised that i need to wait till the 10th june as we are escalating the matter to concerned team and will be resolved by 10thjune... Again i kept following with the team and was reassured to wait till the 10thjune and delivery will be done... Yesterday 10th june again i called to confirm the time for the delivery however spoke to a supervisor amita or anita who stated that she is raising the concern to higher authorities and will be resolved by 13th june... Seriously i haven't got any resolution till date and suferring is never ending i guess... I am so done with flipkart. No one contacted me to inform the real update on my order so that i can take a decision to move onn... I am highly disappointed with flipkart
