I have ordered a copper bottle order # 64845 and paid by net banking on 13/8/2018. They informed by e-mail that the particular was not and to take alternative product of same but different choice. I replied the e-mail on 14th Aug but no response. On 15th Aug I informed by e-mail and by message on customer care but no response. On ringing two customer care phone numbers they are picking the phone nor responding.My e-mail is [protected]@hotmail.com and name Ashok Roy

The customer has chosen an alternate option and later on, he canceled the order. The amount refund to the customer's bank account has been initiated the same day. So the complaint is no longer valid.
