We raised the complaint for projector wont focus anymore. the engineer "[protected]@epson-india.in" came to us and suggest for LAMP got issue and need to replace from new which required to place order to EPSON with advance payment Rs.4000.
now since 10th November 2022 to till now we are continuously following up with the service center. They are replying since parts are not available they will serve us as soon as they receive the same.
