Originalairpods.com — didn't receive product

Hello,
I order airpod from originalairpods.com online but i didn't get a product. I mailed the same to company but thay did not take any action for that. I pay 1499 rupee by pay u money i shared screenshot of the payment mail in that mail merchant order id and payment id and date and time of payment are shown and i same shared to originalairpods.com too
