[Resolved] Ortel Communications — my internet is not working for last 5 days

I am an ortel broadband customer. My internet has stopped working for the last 5 days. My customer id is 01368981 and located at berhampur. After titli cyclone, the internet stopped working for at least 15 days. After that i got internet for 2 days and again stopped for the last 5 days. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
