Osia Hypermart Ahmedabad — bad quality of products

I purchased one utensil (Oil dispenser) from osia hypermart. I started using that product at home and on the very first use, it broke. I just filled it with oil and was trying to tighten the cap and the grip under the cap broke.

I went to osia and shows the dispenser to them. They straight forward denied the replacement. My point is, is there any quality check in osia. They are selling the bad quality products which are good till their stores only. We left out the product their only as their store manager were not at all listening to us and blamed us for the utensil condition. We know how to use utensils, we don't need osia staff inputs to use them.
My only point is, customer purchase from the mall with trust, if the product quality is just like footpath market, then what is the difference between two. We left the product to the store only as that was of no use for us. A very bad experience of the product as well as the store manager.

Please check the photos of the product, if anything would happened from our side, then there should be some dent on the utensil. We told the same to the store manager, but they did not listen to us at all.
