Osmania University — Convocation certificate delayed

I am Jarra Elijabeth. I have applied Degree certificate on 5th December 2024 under Urgent Mode with the payment of 2212 Rs (Receipt No.BA[protected]. As per their rules, with urgent mode it should be delivered with in 7 days. But Now it has crossed 15 days and it was dispatched at 3:00 pm yesterday but no updates about tracking till now. What's the use of paying extra fee of 1000 rupees for urgent mode when it has not been fulfilled properly....

Osmania University — Regarding delay to issue Convocation Certificate

Hi Team,

I applied for my Convocation Certificate on 23-Nov-2024 on urgent basis(within 10 working days) for BCA. so according to the rules i have to get my convovation certificate within the duaration time but i didn't receive it yet and i visited university for this and the person who is incharge of it is responding me to come after two days or three after going their on the day he asked me to come he again ask me to come...
