Other — Bella Vita Organic - Refund not processed after two months of product return

Address: Plot no. 417, Udyog Vihar Phase III, Gurgaon,Haryana ,India

I placed the order for perfume on 17th Nov, however, it did not reach my address after the delivery attempts.
The tracking id shows it has been returned back, however, I have not received the refund yet. It has been more than 60 days, and the product has returned (on 25th Nov) and I don't see any refund processed yet. Company executives are saying they have refunded and I have shared my bank statement with them which shows I have not received anything from them.
I have written 7-8 emails in the last two months but nothing is happening.
