[Resolved]  AMAN TYRE TRADING — SELLING PRODUCT ON HIGHER PRICES

Sir, I have purchased a motorcycle (bajaj pulsar 135) tubes from the AMAN TYRE HOUSE shopkeeper at School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi - 110 092 on 31.01.2013 at 8.30 P.M. at Rs. 200/- local brand OMN with warrantyI. At the time of purchasing of the tube I asked him the local tube price offered by him is very high and the cost of the same is not more than Rs. 130/- . He assured me the price is OK. But when repair man inserting the tube into the tyre he asked me the price of the tube is not more than Rs. 120-130 including service charges. Next day I find out the prices from whole-seller (Delhi auto parts, shakarpur, Delhi) and some other shopkeepers and the price is only Rs. 120 to Rs. 130/- . Then I visited his shops and informed about the price variation, firstly he replied "no it is not possible", when I asked him ok I will buy for you at Rs. 130/- only then he replied ok you buy and after adding my profit the balance will return to you but suddenly he refused to buy back his tube so I asked for his bill and told me that said tube is not sold out by him and also not buy back or return the variation money to me. He also told me that will sell this tube at Rs. 200 to customer and at Rs. 150 to daily purchaser Road / small MECHANIC and he also asked me JO KARNA HAI KAR LO" opening challenge. I am really surprised that the local shopkeeper how to misbehave or showing Dadagiri unnecessarily. Neither he is returning any excess money charged by him nor issuing the bill.
