Concentrix India sucks big time in terms of their management. Due to immature and inexperienced management decision, the team members have to face hell lot of issues, politics. Because of inexperienced decision by management, they promote unknowledgeable people and to secure their job, they keep threaten and spread wrong rumors about other team members who is knowledgeable and since they cannot withstand the ego and no knowledge about the work they make sure that the team member is removed from the job.
