Hi,
This is in regards to the Max Policy[protected], several complaints made over the phone & in writing to the company no response .Could not keep follow up as lost my brother.
I'll brief you in short, I was forced to go for this Loan insurance and was promissed I have to pay only one installment however after a year I got the documents when I complaint based on text recieved to pay 2nd installment.
This is fraud, request you to look into the same & refund the 1st installment which I paid at the earliest.
