Hello, This is BS Hada from Kota (Raj). I'm hereby writing this e-complaint for your favorer to solve my complaint against your NOKIA Authorize care center Kota (M/S Supreme electronic shopping center kota).
Details of my Phone:- Model No- Nokia E 71. EMI No:-[protected], ASC No[protected].
On 06 Aug I had given my Nokia E71 at Nokia care center Kota for 1. BODY CHANGE 2. OUT GOING/ IN COMING SPEECH LOW 3. CHANGE KEY PAD 4. UPDATE OF SOFTWARE . for that they had prescribed their charges and committed to given back within 5or6 days. When i go to collect they told me to need one week more while body receive from Delhi Nokia Head office store. Repeatedly visit to care center by me but they always make me false statement to me back. After 03 week they told me (Sir your cell is ready but camera is not working. So we send it to our Head office Workshop Delhi. So you wait for a week). Again after one week on 30 Sep 2013. when i go to collect customer care representative told ", Sir camera also working but (BODY IS LOOSE & CAMERA FLASH NOT WORKING)
Sir what is this nonsense happen in Authorizes Nokia Customer Care. This type of monopoly by service center make Nokia feature dark and harassment to the customer.
However this e-complaint to take proper action against Supreme Electronic Authorizes Nokia Care Center Kota. and keep your knowledge that i reserve all my right against care center kota in judicial court.
