Yes this site is not at all trustworthy. I have gone through same problem. My order no. was 3696. I ordered 6 diyas and dry fruit box for diwali. It was delivered after diwali festival got over. Furthermore, the gift was not properly decorated as shown in the picture. The dry fruits were supposed to wrapped in basket or box. But it was delivered in simple polythene. Diyas were only 04 in no. instead of 6 No. I must say the service is very very cheap.
I disagree with the comments above because I had an awesome experience with them. I placed an order for Palwal on 29th May, 2015. It was to be delivered the same day. Inspite of the last minute order, they delivered all the products I had asked for and looked very close to the pictures on the website. Being from Palwal I know it is not easy to arrange for bouquets there but they have managed to do it at short notice. The quality of the cake was top notch. The fruits basket ordered has fresh mangoes and lychees. Total value for money!!! I was very impressed and so was my family.

I am surprised with the above comments as i have had a very different experience with them. I have ordered with the for a delivery to Palwal and the items got delivered on time in perfect condition. Living in Palwal I know that bouquets are not easily available there but they have managed to arrange a fresh bunch of flowers. Cake was also good quality. I am happy with their services and will recommend them to anyone looking for quick and hassle free delivery of gifts.

It's regarding order #3147, i ordered one flower and one cake. Surpriser surprised me by just sending one cake and no flowers. the cost of the flower was 500 rs and for cake also was 500. Upon contacting and following them up, they said that as the flowers were not available so they delivered a bigger cake and they wont make any refund. What a service? Do you think it's ethical to make the changes in order without contacting the customer and without having consent from him. I must say, Very pathetic service...i can share whole communication if someone
