on each and every where in india including delhi ncr most o[censored]p haryana punjab mumbai etc all the retailers are saling their products in black rates not on mrp rates
just for example a cigrate pack of 10 cigrate of classic milds is of 58rs as in mrp but we are getting it in 65rs minimum and in loose one single cigrete costs rs 8
and when we talk abut mrp d retailer dnt gve on mrp forcefully we have to take it in black
