I hv recharged a my rel no. [protected] with rs. 55 using zipcsh bal..Before receiving auth code my netwrk fails.After that when i retry it shows coupon locked for payment(rs. 55).Transaction authorised(trans code-PZ8GC4).But i am unable to complt my recharge..Plz help..I hv mailed 3 tymes bt no respnse..I hv called 2 tymes no representative received my cal

Today they unlock the bal but today i received the auth code..After receiving auth code they says session expired.After that when i retry it shows coupon locked for payment(rs. 55).Transaction status authorise(trans code-PZ01DU).But i am unable to complt my recharge..Plz help..I hv mailed and called so many times no representative received my cal.Why this is happening..Worst customer care service i hv ever seen.No rspns to any mail or call.
