The same thing happened with me too .. They kept telling me 15 mins more. The pizza never got delivered. They didn't refund my money too.
There is no contact information (email ID or Address) on the web-portal to contact. The store says they don't know anything, contact customer care and customer care replied the same... contact store.

NO REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER EVEN AFTER A MONTH
On[protected] I had ordered pizza from Oven story, which was cancelled twice because of wrong address (website problem) and unavailability of pizza base. They told me that i will get the refund in 3 to 10 days for both cancelled orders. But i did not receive the refund so i wrote to rebel foods. Now i received refund for only one cancelled order. I wrote again for the refund of second cancelled order but received no reply yet.
I don't understand what is the problem in reverting the money back for which they did not provide any kind of service.

They accepted my order, but didn’t deliver food, they are kept saying it will takes one hours to refund but it’s already two days . Attaching the order number too raised concern but no action yet . Shouldn’t trust these sites .
I wish like giving them zero star. I order my pizza at 9p.m and its 11p.m still I have not got any call from them for the delivery. Pathetic management. This is the 2nd time I am facing such issue. This time I would definitely drag them to court and make sure they cannot operate any further.
I have ordered an oven story pizza on 28/10/2019 and a customer care executive from Oven Story called me after an hour saying that there are some technical issues with the store and that they can't deliver my Pizza and they told me this after an hour and a half after I placed my order. Moreover, they said that money will be refunded to me within 24 hours. It has been 24 hrs and my refund has not yet been received. I tired to call customer care, but they are not picking up the calls. My ovnstry order no is: 33934320
I have order pizza last night and i had recieved cold and worth less pizza in taste. When I have complained for pizza they told me they resolve my issue with 10 mints after that they did not pick my call.

Today (13/10/2020) I had ordered pizza from Ovenstory through Google pay.
I ordered and paid for
1) Chennai kings paneer semizza of 195rs and
2) Cheese Infused garlic bread of 120rs
( regular price 145rs ..25 off for ordering with paneer semizza).
So the total amout was 315rs. I got some coupon with 35% off.
So the final total amount I paid was 209rs through Google pay around 4.11PM.
I didnt recieve even after 2 hours of waiting for the food delivery...after which I called customer care around 6, then they said me about some technical issue in payment. But my amount was already deducted at 4.11 PM.
So after some clarifications about verification code, which wasn't sent to my registered number. probably, due to network issue as customer care service providers wording. Finaly they said me that my order will be delivered to my location at 6.45 PM.
But my order delivered to my place at 7.20 PM where pizza was not at all hot and garlic bread was not delivered.
But i had paid amount for that too and didn't recieve it.
The bill on the parcel was only for pizza of 195rs. it didn't include garlic bread, but amount was deducted for garlic bread too.
I tried calling customer care also but nobody answered my call for more than 3 to 4 times. After the one of your customer care service provider said me that he will connect me to the manager but not even a single response cam back from Ovenstory.
Kindly, Check with the process and I hope one of the person from Ovenstory will contact me soon. @www.ovenstory.in

Finally I got a damaged pizza, I am attaching the scrrenshot for that.
Lastly when i went to site there was complaint submission page.
