Took an uberpool dated 13th august around 9.15 amfrom parel
To lockhendwala andhere west and that is the location put for drop off but somehow the uber website look andhere east drop off location and like always boarded the uber but the driver kept saying that the location is lokhendwala but the map is showing some other route and is trying to take towards andhere east.
Since i had told him i have to go to lokhendwala so he dropped me at my lokhendwala location but when he asked me to pay was much more then double of what the booking amount came which was at the time of booking inclusive of surcharge.
Time of booking amount was rs 279/- but actually paid amount was rs561/-.
I have never paid so much for the exact location, i have been travelling so many times but this time uber maps and the website has been having lot of issues and shows some other maps of drop off and this is not the fist time i have had an issue.
I had gone to siddhi vinayak temple on monday an the map which the uber driver took was somewhere else so finally i had to tell the driver my correct destinaton so he could drop me at my required place. Since all drivers here know the route to the tmple Was this information helpful? |
