This has happened to me and could be happening to several customers as well.
On 2nd July Saket Metro Station at about 5 :15 pm. I purchased two tickets and gave Rs. 50 to the Staff at Cash counter No. 1 at Saket Metro Station.
He charged us Rs.40 for Tilak Nagar and Rs.10 for Haus Khas destination and refused to return the balance as he said there is no balance due as for tilak Nagar its Rs. 40 due to increased fare.
After swiping the coin at entry gate I saw that for Tilak Nagar its only Rs.30, so I approached the customer care counter to deal with this problem.
The staff from cash counter No. 1 saw me from his seat what I was doing and quickly sent Rs. 10 with one boy to give to me saying this is your balance money sent by that by the counter No. 1 man.
DMRC is a prestigious one. Its my request to please check this matter as, this is giving rise to corruption and many people are being robbed like this. Was this information helpful? |
