Overcharging — I had more than enough money in my tag eventhough charged double cash

I crossed Paranur (Chengalpat) Toll Plaza 28-03-24 evening 7:30 PM. I had 450 rs in my car's fast tag. But the guy in the booth said no money in the fasttag account and charged 140 rs cash. Due to network issue i could not check my balance there. After some time i checked the balance, it showed 450 rs.
