Own — Money Deduction

I have done an online payment of Rs 17540, it was done successfully & i recieved a transaction reference message from BX-SBIINB with transaction ref no- "Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXX is debited for Rs.17540.00 on 23-01-21 and a/c XXXXXXXXXX credited (IMPS Ref no[protected]" . But payment was not done and amount deducted. I have checked my account summary, it is showing the after deduction amount and not showing the transaction in last 10 transaction.
