Own — non cleaning of drains

I am very much dishearten towards the attitude of gmc official for non appropriate cleaning of drains & bushes adjacent of drains in our locality in dhrubajyoti path under ambikagiri nagar, zoo road area. I frequently called concern officials but went vein. The drunken person regularly throws their bottle & food packet in road side & bush covered drains which are also very serious issues. I have grateful if higher authority take a stern action against the same.
