Dear Sir, Last year one assist activated plan but web site that time not Woking. My side not activated. So I called to customer care this plan cancel. Now I saw the account summery debited amount. I inform to credit card customer care then I will contact to Mumbai one assist customer care, said one assist renewal this plan so 50 %refund. I asked 100% refund not used this plan, now I asked one assist customer care already plan activated only 50% refund. Who is responsible this problem???? My amount loss 50 and call customer care to Mumbai spent Rs 40.00. Finally I ask 100% refund if not passible, my credit card cancel your side. Your answer as soon as possible.
