oxygen — recharge is not succesful but amount is deduct

When I used my online banking my recharge is completed & amount is deducted but recharge is not comed in my phone..please check my problem & solve this earlier I hope u will give me positive response & return my bal or recharge my phone. Thank u

Today I I recharged my bsnl number [protected] through SBI oxy recharge amount of rs30. I got a successful recharge message from SBI and also amount was deducted from my account but the amount is not credited in my mobile.kindly do refund or recharge to my number.
