Oxygen Services — Recharge via oxipay for my no. [protected] but balance is not added

Sir,
I have recharged a special pack of rs. 75 yesterday for my tata do como no. [protected] via oxipay. Unfortunately balance is deducted from my sbi a /c but mobile no. Is not recharged with any amount.
