Oyo 22428 hotel dreams
I was not informed on the day of check out
That today is your check out date.
I booked the hotel dreams from 21st of may till 23rd of may
The receptionist at the hotel called me at night 8:00 pm telling me sir your check out is today.
When i told him that sir i was not informed about it from morning.
The receptionist started lying that we have informed you. And he asked for the money
It was completely receptionist fault.
Although i paid 800 ta for no reason.
I would like to know who's fault it was.
And i want my money back.
As i have stayed in many oyo hotels and everytime i get a call from the receptionist at morning 10:30 saying that sir today is your check out date.
I didn't like the behavior of the receptionist as he lied.
