Two day before we booked oyo7135, hotel blue sapphire. Hotel manager was very impolite. We went into room but the bathroom tap was rusted. We asked for another room. Second room was as dirty as first one. No blanket. During first day stay, one lady knocked door, she wanted to check taps, we allowed. At night another person knocked door, he was from room service though we never asked for. Second day we went out. Rule is that, we have to hand over keys at counter. The manager assured me that no one will open the room. When we came back, key was not at counter. It was with some random person who clean the room (Though we never asked for room cleaning without our absence). When we went up, that person handed over keys to us, he was drunk, i could easily smell it. I opened the room, it's not at all cleaned (Then what they did god knows). I called manager for enquiry, and asked him 'why in our absense he allow staff to open our room'? His response was very very rude. I also asked him that, first day we were in room, no one came to clean it. Then why this happened on second day when we are absent. It all went into hot conversation. Instead of taking responsibility he replied that "kuch galat kam ho raha hoga room me toh hame jaise pata chalega?" (How we can know if something wrong happens in the room?) that's why the key is at counter. I don't understand who gave them permission to open our room in our absence for such reason. If something happened it's duty of management staff or police. How come a room cleaners can do that? It'sy ridiculous. Our room was at third floor, but lift was not working at all. Tap water was salty. They even didn't asked for our breakfast choice. And at last, when we were checking out, at counter, they took rating forcefully. The ratings on oyo app comes out to be like this. Attitude towards unmarried couple is very harrassing and disturbing. Need argent attention to my complain plz.
