I booked a room through oyo app, the hotel name is oyo flagship 12476 and paid online, as soon as i reached the hotel, i showed the booking details but the staff from the reception denied booking through online payment and she asked me to book directly, i din accept that as i paid already, as i din accept she said that there is no room available currently, but i said her i l complain to oyo about that she said ok u can complain, and then she gave me a room in which there was no power itself again but i booked a classic 2x room, again i came down and asked her about this then they said no rooms other than that, but infront of me she gave rooms to otr persons who are booking directly, i tried to contact oyo customer care then but they are saying me to wait in hold and disconnecting the cal r merging with sound otr customer who are also trying to contact them or else they are muting the call making us to wait, but the person m frm oyo gave me confirmation that they l refund the amount but when i ask that they are saying they have to get approval from ground team, so bcz if this i again paid amount directly and stayed n some otr hotel Was this information helpful? |
