We will reach this Treebo Saravana boutique Inn Royapettah around 10pm.They gave a room. At that time we found some rat faeces on bed, cupboard, floor. They give another room within 20min ..But that room also very untidy and smelly. We compaint them that it was smelly. They told we will clear right now. But nobody came at that time. We complaint next morning but they hesitate our complaint, and the manager was rude and harsh towards us. Our experience to this lodge is very pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
