Oyo Hotels — refund against failed bookings

I have a booked a room in hotel shree krishna palace, bhopal (Oyo 3995) dt. 2nd nov19. But the payment of rs. 1574 / failed, but deducted from my bank account. Booking id ufan9284. Booking automatically cancelled.

I have registered a complaint. Sbi replied that it has been settled, transaction id igahjafsy8 has been successfully settled on 2nd nov19.

Pl refund my money, otherwise i will file a police complaint.
