[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms Complain — refund not processed

Our package was booked for 5 days which included breakfast for 4 days. We got breakfast only once and the remaining 4 breakfast meals we had to bear the expenses when it was already prepaid.

Secondly we had 2 days stay in pahalgam and when we arrived at the hotel it was closed with just one person managing it. No power supply, no water supply, no room heater to cope with chilling cold the same instance happened at our last day at the srinagar property.

Considering the climate, with inadequate means to stay anything unfortunate could have happened to me. I had a near death experience in that chilling cold.

Considering all the above frequent power outage, no warm water supply and no breakfast and the hassle and struggle i had to go through i need rs.15000/- of my package amount refunded.
