I book a room for one of my friend on 11-12-18 in park royal sector-5 panchkula-hr.
at the time of booking i given a note that we not required room in basement but they give him room in basement & not change the room after complaint to your customer care no. this is happens second time.
no one is taking responsibility (oyo & hotel) ?????????????
