Oyo Rooms Zapper — Cancellation of my booking

Address: Kolkata, West Bengal

I had booked rooms with zapper for yesterday's check in. After i reached kolkata airport, i was informed that there was water logging at the hotel and i was asked to cancel my booking. I booked my stay at another hotel without any complaint. Today the hotel staff called up and asked to pay the bill for late cancellation. This is absolutely not my fault and why should i pay for the room that i havent used? Am a constant customer of oyo rooms, and was always pleased with your service.
